IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Shipping is free everywhere in Canada with the purchase of 2 bags of 800 g coffee, or on orders of $1,000 or more. Other orders in Canada: $8.95. In-store pickup is always free.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

All orders are shipped within one business day, from Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders placed before noon, Montréal time, will be shipped the same day. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED?

We use the following carriers, without being limited to them, to ship our orders:

• Canada Post
• Nationex
• Others

PRODUCT FRESHNESS AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

For shipments, coffees are roasted upon receipt of the order in order to maximize product freshness.
